All you do is spray the cooler black and then stencil spray the registration numbers in white. Will get the job done nice..

Nice work Jack, keep at it!!.

Had lots of headaches with mine, but now its running well its worth it.. completely different drive to the VVC engine

The list is slowly getting shorter, made the rear loom also my digital dash arrived, hopefully have all the wiring done this weekend.

Haven't done much lately. I've sold my roll centre cage and decided to go all out and buy the safety devices multipoint roll cage just got to wait 4weeks for it to arrive!

Decided to chuck the other dash in the bin and came up with this. Also got the rad mounted, I gave up on trying to buy a intercooler that would fit under the bonnet but found one the same size as the other one I had mounted but this one is a twin pass and made the boost track a lot shorter. I've made a start on the coolant pipes, but I won't have any pics for a while as I lost my temper with my mobile phone and threw it against the wall.

So the fabrication of the aluminium ducting didn't go to well ended up with a pile of scrap sheet any way managed to take couple random pics

Bit more done, made up a flange for the coolant outlet on the top of the head and welded in some bits for the temp sensors, turbo oil feed and drain plumbed and the coolant pipes for the turbo, mounted the header tank, wired the alternator, just waiting on some heat reflective sleeve then the coolant system will be finished

Jack have you thought about the heat from your turbo just below your inlet pipework?
