I need to trim the front arches to clear the 13 inch wheels:

Here is what it looks after the trimming. I left a little metal there to allow me to put a lip back on the fender to keep some strength in the fender.

I have picked up my wheel flares and have fit them to the van.

They have turned out pretty good!

Also decided to use the inno chrome instead of the MK1 one. Liking it!

Been a while since i have updated:
My gauges came in from Speedhut and I decided to keep the centre binnacle instead of a full dash to try to keep it looking "kind of" period

I also picked up a new binnacle from ABS and I'm happy with the result.

The body has been stripped back down and is currently at the paint shop:

I've picked up my intake after i had it modded:

It looks like the fuel rail fouls the air temp sensor. So it looks like i will need block off the current location and move it.

The last issue I had is that it looks like throttle body will foul with the fuel rail.

So I've cut the return end off the fuel rail (on the TB side) & tapped and plugged the end off.

I have also blocked off the current location of the intake temp sensor and order a bung to relocate it.
I think with this and maybe a TB spacer i may be clear for the TB linkage once it comes in and confirm, i will order a fuel regulator with a return and i hope it will solve it all.

The throttle body spacer came in today and it looks like it will work well:
