Default O/S engine mount

Right here's my problem, my cars been on the road 6 week's and I'm now having to replace the o/s engine mount a 3rd time after it's shat the oil out of it's self!

This last mount was off a 24,000 mile TF 500 le and was in a as new condition when fitted. What would be causing this to happen? The first failed before the car was on the road, the second after a week or so and now this one after 5 weeks. I have fitted an adjustable mini engine steady with poly flex bushes to the front cross bar and connecting to the front of the gearbox
and a set of Motor build " torque tamer" poly bushes to the lower rear mount that connects to the bottom of the sump to stop the engine rocking (which was causing my exhaust to leak on one of the silencers due to the movement) these have stopped the engine rocking and my exhaust no longer leaks.
I'm looking at replacing it with one of these,

or go all out and speak to Vibra Technics to see if I can get just the gearbox and cam belt side ones, they do look good but they are 's

I have heard of people drilling a hole, draining out the oil, cleaning it out with solvent then filling with sikaflex of similar.
