Have you shared the pics and requested Minispares feedback? Should never happen, perhaps itís a known issue and they have increased the material spec since you bought yours

They are the bushed type. Not bothered telling minispares, last time I found a dangerous fault with one of their products they weren't interested in the slightest

done a few hundred miles since the breakage and my confidence is now restored. went to a few local shows and this made me smile:

super flashy expensive lambo pulls up next to the mini and the mini pulls the crowd! lambo driver looked bemused behind his expensive but pineapple looking sunglasses.
Then blasted down to goodwood fos as we got some free tickets, nice 250 mile round trip averaging around 50mpg even with heavy traffic on the way home. I still find it comfortable on longer trips and even my passenger said the same
