Blue n white mini with dirty derv...

Saw a really tidy Blue mini with a white roof, sportspack arches, big wheels with a 1.9 deisel (out of a peugoet i think??) on a homemade subframe. very nicely converted, had a chat with the owner but forgot to ask if he's on here...said he tow's it around behind a camper van, anyone know of it????
It was on the welsh border to shropshire, shrewsbury area.
