So after a full strip down the oil pickup was blocked with all sorts of pineapple. Pretty much everything has gone in the bin apart from the crank rods and block ordered new mahle Pistons crank has been sent off for a re grind bought another head that's had some porting work done, new valves and tappets, need to sort out some liners not sure what to get yet, also pretty much bought an allspeed frame just waiting for them to take it out thought while everything is out might aswell put a tried and tested frame in after all it's going to have 200plus horse power.

You need to look at the stuff that blocked the oil pickup in the first place and figure out exactly what it is and where itís come from or you risk blocking it up again.
If itís sealant then you could be using too much when your assembling the engine, if itís metal then something else was wrong before the engine seized.
