Default B16a/a2 or b18c/1/4

Looking for a rough engine... all ancileries needed also as im looking to do a low compression rebuild for a turbo or supercharged project I'm looking to do.... dud engines with ring failure or big ends as it needs to be cheap... no point paying big money for a good engine to rip it apart

Cheers. I'm in Dublin. Ireland but wud obviously pay for a pallet if price is rite

So a b16 with just 18c4 pistons wud lower the compression good enough for a turbo setup that wud last?
My mate 8s rebuilding it for me. Obviously new crank wit be required . And ring n stuff. So... if i get b18c4 pistons and a turbo gasket the standard everything else. I'm laughing.... only looking 300/350 bhp on a fairly new turbo. Not tdo4 or tdo5 . What u wrecken

i can lol. its cheap low compression and all components involved have already been tested to your desired horse power. what do you mean by not td04 or tdo5? i run 250bhp on a small turbo with this setup so boost comes on early and strong but at the expense of top end, at 7500+ rpm the t25g turbo runs out of puff.

I replied to your pm but its not in my sent items. The gist was, c4 pistons are the same bore but b16 rods need 1-2 mm milled off where they slot into the pistons. I love my early boost t25g but most people wpuld prefer the next size up, which isnt possible in standadrd round baek. My rolling road guy in belfast can tap into any honda ecu, gsportcars on facebook.
