All bled ok, had to drop the caliper off rather than swing it down. Cut some wooden blocks to fit in the calipers but luckily they wind back a bit anyway with them being handbrake ones.

Now to road test and the mot is due.

Sneaky

Mot done, all good.

Had a drive out yesterday to a public weighbridge, it rounds up to the nearest 20kg.
900kg with a full tank of fuel, nitrous bottle, tool box and tow strap etc, at least 80kg of roll cage.
The original 1300cc has a kerb weight of 870kg so not bad, mine was the heavier 1500.

I could drive it all day, such a hoot.

Not since running it on the dyno
It all looked fine on there but it seems to want to push a tiny amount of oil into the coolant.

I'm sure I'll open the valve again this summer though

First bit of track time at Curborough sprint yesterday, this was my first lap too, my camera battery decided not to record the afternoon ones.
Lots of fun and didn't break anything, rear suspension is far too soft and I may end up going for bigger front brakes.

Used the nitrous on the last few laps and I was hitting 4th gear through the line rather than the rev limiter in 3rd. Didn't crash or explode so a good day.

Almost no understeer but the rear brakes loose with hard weight transfers or cornering, soft suspension not helping rear end grip.

I could put a big wing on the roof lol?
