Finished off the turreting today, only to realise after cleaning the boot that the rear boot floor corners need replacing... oh well.

I'll post up some pictures later.

The steel is 3mm, i had the steel bent for me so it was 3.5" diameter but only half, bit like a gutter.

Finished off the boot corners and got some seam sealer on it, just need to decide whether to change the battery box or put in a flat floor...

Got the on car adjustable rose joint mounts done for the radius arms. There are 3mm thick bosses tig welded inside the 30mm box in case you're wondering if its just a hole in the box tube!! Need to make up a mounting plate for the hub now and make up the rest of the arms...

Took the p/s sill off, can't decide on whether to change the inner sill or not, might just patch up the 2 little holes and seal it, then drop a new outer sill on... thoughts welcome for this, is it bad enough to change it or not??

If that really is the extent of the rot then I'd patch it.

why not locate the muffler in the place of the batteri box, then you can go real low…

By the way, TOP WORK realy keen to see the arms etc.
