that does shed some light on the situation, and im a bit clearer now, but i think you would still need to tinker with ecu though dont think you would be able to run standard

Engine management will be Megasquirt or Microsquirt (any opinions?) just need to find a 'light' flywheel, if I find one or not that will determine whether I need a trigger wheel or not.

Hi Daz, story goes like this.....shell is in a shed at the bottom of a hill with no road leading to it, currently there is a pile of sand and bricks in front of the shed door, I'll have to wait for the sand & bricks to be moved then get the lads to carry the shell up the hill into a trailer.....
I'm refurbing all the front end stuff at the moment ready to fit, once I get the shell I reckon about a month to finish.

Second attempt at modifying the exhaust manifold, not a thing of beauty, may be OK once covered in heat wrap, filled it with water (a few times) till there were no leaks, seems workable now. I have enough room for the alternator (need to make a mounting) and I think I'm OK for room for the radiator, anyone using the Cavalier rad?

Also been refurbing the hub assemblies, need these fixed so I can make mock ups of the driveshafts.
