So up date test fitted the rear subframe all fitted with easy so time to order new heel broad and boot floor and rear floor section and arches I have welded in the bulk head box already and welded in plates for the subframe mount to the floor

So bulkhead box welded in now front and back and fitted subframe in place but will take out to paint it and fit top arms

Welded two 2mm plates over subframe mounts and drill holes seam seal over and under coated for now

Just started the last rear radius arm rebuild all bearings removed and clean up so I can start the rebuild and have started to order new floor panels

So a good day in garage rear radius arms rebuilt and painted also got some new panels in post this week so started test fitting panels

So luckily for me I left some of the rear floor in the back so I got the rear subframe mount panel in but not welding in yet

So I need some advice on the rear floor is it better to weld in a hole new rear floor or can I just cut and weld in the floor that is missing and are they any MOT rules I need to skick by

New member to our family little Marlin 9 1/2 weeks old Pomerania the big dog is Deano he is getting on now 15 years old and last little one Raven we have had he from 12 weeks old but took as a year to find as a puppy because schipperke are hard to find

Start the rear floor and heal broad I have seam welded inside just got the under side to do the boot floor is turning up this week as well as the back seat panel and then only a rear arch to order

So the update floor all welded inside and out and the boot floor has turn up and hoping rear arches to turn up next week still hoping to get all panels done buy September

So rear seat panel has turn up just waiting for the rear arches to turn up now

Week off work builders in so spare time in garage got a lot done rear panel in and boot floor spot welded in and the inner arches have turn up today

So the first rear arch is in it took a lot longer then I thought it would; so I fitted a rear lower corner in and made rear arch higher to stop the 13 inch wheels rubbing on arches and fitted a new arch stiffener in as well
