Theres a company that makes a digital version of the classic smiths centre speedo. The company is called digital speedos from memory. I think it can be used with the VSS signal from the Honda gearbox and calibrated.

I have used a company in the USA called Speedhut. There sell many types of gauges and are fully customisable, not sure if its what you are looking for but worth a browse.

Do you mean to the dash or electrical connections? I think either way it will take some work to get everything to fit properly. If you have a bulkhead box to clear the inlet you may want to reconsider as the centre speedo might not fit.
