No one want the chopped front? its handy if you dont want to take your mini off the road while you figure out fitment issues.

It'll only go to the scrap heap other wise

again, FREE to anyone who wants it

Default Restomod Mini Evolution, Mini Ecoboost

After many months developing the Mini Ecoboost conversion in Gotenman Technology, the Ecoboost Mini can now be seen on Restomodīs website: www.restomodclassic.com

#The Mini Evolution

We manage to fit the Ecoboost 1.0 engine into the standard Mini roundnose without having to cut any steel panels on the shell.

A complete new subframe was developed after 3D scanning all componentes and reversed engineer the complete engine bay. It would not have been possible without all the 3D work.

[/URL]

Three cars have been build so far, 2 for Spain and 1 for UK. Another 4 are being built/converted.

It really is the perfect engine conversion for the classic Mini.

Restomod will soon update more information with all the specifications and pricelist. More pictures of all three cars and videos will follow.

I hope you like this new engine conversion.

Best wishes, Gonzo

How easy is it to upgrade the power on the eco boost as some of the 1.0l are producing over 200bhp! would the upgrade in power still be able to be fitted inside as standard length front?
