Today I finished construction of the tank but it still needs to be weld properly...
I also relocated exit pipe because it would be seen while trunk is opened...and I removed fuel sender hole...it's not needed here
I made small slope on the bottom to make battery more reachable...I know there's no bat box here but it's not for my car

This is the prototype of the beam that we plan to produce. It is going to be tested on this car and we will see if it needs any more tweaking. The idea is to be precisely fabricated so you don't have to bother with it while fitting, zync plated and powder coated in the color of your choice and to have very friendly price compared to other beam axles on the market. It will be cheaper to buy this beam then to get involved in building one for yourself.

Not to worry mate
At one point I also noticed that and then I added sleeves in...the ones that goes through standard Mini stabilizer bush
Maybe you can se that the hole is closed...that's because the sleeve is inserted and all welded
I'll take more pics when it gets powder coated...

Cheers for that but I'm worried about that little plastic thing right on the feed pipe...some sort of filter to prevent sucking debris into fuel line...
If I pore any kind of tank sealer in I think that will get clogged...

Small update
I collected all parts and now I was finally able to assemble my calipers
All parts were zinc plated and then powdercoated...
I'm very pleased with result
