Default Project: poopercharger (cg13de micra)

Well loosing all my thread sucks!!

Here's a quick re-cap from photos I've managed to find

Homemade frame

Repaired rear subframe

Supercharger/inlet manifold made from various old manifolds

Homemade exhaust

New water pulley made to be inline with other pulleys

Clutch pedal

Brake servo relocated to passenger side, made a cam bar with a few rose joint connectors

Would of used original m/c, but charger covers the holes

Yeah I have, good but of kit and easy enough to wire up aswell. I've used it but blended it in with mini switches, stalks etc and so far it's all working great. Only thing is may need to add an extra fuse box if your planning on using more electrical components than the module has room for. Check out my diary of you like. Cheers

Can I just ask... did you beef up that subframe in certain areas, as it looked pretty weak in some areas from earlier pictures. I know its a micra engine, but now you've a supercharger and the engine / trans loads are just one aspect.

Sorry not trying to cause grief but rather avert it.

No problem mate.

Yeah, triangulated some parts and extra bracing here and there

Had some photos, but lost when the server crashed and could only salvage what I've reposted

I'm confident it's strong enough

OK cool. It's just sometime earlier in builds, frames not unlike tv stands are created.

I've looked over a few frames, also the allspeed type, so just copied those really and strengthened where I think looks like it needs it
