I kept it rover and went for rover 75 ones they articulate slightly further than the audi/bmw ones

I tried to look at a 75, but couldn't get the boot open...

Managed to get some time in the garage, so mocked up the front end.

Thanks. There's a surprising amount of filler in those wings, looks like They've been chopped about a bit to make them fit. Plenty of scope for me chopping them about too.

Really? I've never had to grind anything back or never gone investigating, the inside of the wings never had any clues either.
Was it just over done with blending?

Looks like the a panel joins and a few other bits have been changed round a bit, plus indicator holes etc. It's not a problem. It will likely need a bit of work to get it fitting well on my heap.

More that they were catching the rear arches...

Need to pull the engine out of that and fix a crunchy second gear...
