What are the things sticking out near the front indicators? Flip front handles?? If so can you take a few pics of them? Currently trying to figure out a method of lifting the front without touching the body.

Take a look at Project Binky on You Tube. That should give you some ideas.

So, finished the gearbox and did the swap already. out with the old and in with the new

By now all is back together and i will test the gearing on the road this Saturday.
I was able to test the shifting while moving around in my workshop and all is fine..
let hope its the same under load. If all turns out good i consider this project 100% done !! then i can spend more time on the K20 AWD

Hi AWD, quick question, what way did you shorten your prop shaft, and did you have to balance the short section. Cheers

Hi, i cut a section out and welded it again. But this is not the way i learned .
Better take the end swivel out of the tube.. then cut to length and put the swivel back in and weld it. Then bring it somewhere to balance it.. this is a must! Swivel = the rotating joint on each side of the propshaft.. no idea what that is in english. cheers

As mentioned before this AWD is going up for sale. Ebay listing is starting this Friday 18-5-18. Starting at 35k euro but will have a reserve on it as you probably can understand
