Here are a couple of pictures of the rear mount on my frame. Just that and the engine and gearbox ones, kept it rock solid (although it was only a 1.4).

Thanks to Kieran @ KJB Fabrications new mounts all done

Just the small matter of gearbox linkage, drive shafts and piecing it back together & then we are ready to rumble.

Not clear on pic but is there only one bolt holding the mount to the frame?

Is that bolt really close to the mount? It needs about 10mm clearance as mounts move about during running.

Cool

Just a quick bump so I can find my thread as things are about to get going .
Can someone let me know how I can get my photos showing (for FREE) without having to change host from photo bucket?

You'll have to be patient. Shouldn't you be on Facebook telling me off for not putting a location for the items I have up for sale?

We appear to have come across a lot of filler in the drivers side sill. There are bits of floor just beyond the sills that need changing but rather than patch it decided to cut the floor back more and weld in the 9" sills.

Ah well, at least this makes it more like a Lotus with the amount of filler and possibley fibre glass in it?
