got some cool stuff, 3,5 kg:s billet fly, adjustable cam gears (modified orig), and a underdrive pulley with trigger wheel.
After fitting the new smaller pulley and some carb tuning she really flies! next job is fit fly, install wild cams and fabricate 4-1 header…

I recognize that flywheel

Where did you get that trigger wheel from? (price?)
and can it come in 36-1 form? or only 60-2?

Did you make the cam gears yourself? Good idea

it´s from rdv engineering in holland

flywheel about €200
modified cam wheels €100: ish
pulley €125 + €45 for machining a flange and machining/drilling of my 5" trigger wheel (60-2 go for roughly €60)

i sent him cam wheels + trigger wheel

His name is Ruud and i can highly recomend him, he builds race engines and sells adaptronic ecu aswell…

ok! it looks really good to me!
– is it true that 1 kg off the fly is equal with -10kg of the car?

I dont know, but mine is slightly different its not a GTI one.

Mine should be alot lighter than my current one!!

Are you going to pull the crank etc and get it all balanced together?

Hi Ed,

Swift engine is very well balanced as std.
I have them lookded at by my mate who tunes and mod engine for living.

He told me this little engine(G13B) is best balanced he has seen from factory.
He told be all of con-rod and crank are all shot peened as well as balanced.

Spend your money else where he told me!

Cheers
Atchi
