Default Barkston summer festival, 12/13 July 2014

Taking bookings for the next event which is the summer festival double header, RAFMSA sprint event both days,
six tracks,
¼ mile drag runs,
Other car related fun TBN,
Stig Challenge,
Barbeque, Bring and cook your own food (saves any compo claims after someone finds one of Sumo’s toe nails in their burger),
free camping from Friday night.

Come on now folks need a better turn out than last time, 16v were conspicuous in their absence, you cannot be on holiday all the time. Your cars must be fixed by now etc. Follow Big Jims example he did the last one in a half finished car with no bodywork and had fun and still did well.

Please send all your paperwork to the coordinator but also post on here if you are going to do this event
I will be sending out all the regs etc in the next couple of days, PLEASE read them they are important to our future use of Barkston, we had a couple of major hiccups and yes one of them was caused by a Mini. We need to be squeaky clean and stay in our own area etc.

Cheers
Bill

Our son suffers from in inability to drag himself away from his computer other than to get food (pizza), drink(vimto) or to visit the toilet.

I'm pretty sure that if he spends more than a few minutes in direct sunlight his pasty white skin will burst into flames as he is permanently dressed from his head to his feet in black clothing which I assume to be protection against the real world elements.

On the odd occassion that he does venture outside his long 'metal' locks need to be perfectly coifured and many shiny surfaces need to be nearby in order that he can check his hair hasn't become un-ruly.

I'll ask him if he fancies a trip accross to Barky Heath but I'm fairly sure we'll have to trail a broadband connection behind the car so that he can sit glued to his laptop otherwise he'll not be able to function.

I blame his parents ...........

He and his mate have shairs in a Nissan TUURDO car and they are dead keen to attend,
Just so you no, if he calls, I've given them the ruff idia but they want to no red tape ,
