Pipercross Viper cold air feed air filter fitted today A bit of a rush job as the panel beater turned up to wisk the car away to repair. Didn't get a chance to drive but have a feeling I'll be playing about with the feed when I return from my holidays. This can all be discussed at MITP
Things are on the up.

very nice, they are the same as the ones I've got for mine, took me 2 years to collect my gauges as I'm too tight to buy them all new!

Cheers gents. Decided to make the new dash myself the same style as the current one (leatherette). It'll cost me next to nothing to do, and if I don't like it I can always go to Arc-Angels and buy a carbon fibre one.

Right fellas, time for an update. I have now got a new complete dash and centre console that are looking the dogs imo. What I need to know is how and where I connect the senders for the oil pressure & temp, and the water temp. All wiring all but complete, new stereo fitted, cig lighter etc.
Once i finish the gauges I will post updated pictures. I'm loving the old meets new look

The oil filter housing should have a big grub screw on the side that you can unscrew and it should be spot on for one of your senders, you can drill and tap the other side of the housing for the other sender or get a sandwich plate with take offs.

Question

Just had a call from Speedy Cables and they cannot make up a new speedo cable for me. Can anyone recommend another firm that may be able to make one up?

Dan, is that the sender unit on top of the sandwich plate? Where might I get one of these? Can't seem to find them anywhere.

The oil pressure sender is the big gold thing hanging out of the side of the original oil filter housing in the first pic, you should have got one with your gauge?
The second pic is a Mocal remote oil filter head with a sandwich plate for running a remote oil filter instead of the filter in its original place, I had to for clearance.
