Not 100% sure but KPI shouldn't change with suspension travel in theory, but this happens in our minis due to the unequal arms that move in an arc instead of keeping the hub vertical. This causes bump steer.

Take a look at the new civic type r, Honda did a very good job with the suspension design to tackle this problem!

I agree, though, exact numbers don't matter as much as the relative difference comparing two setups.

Camber gain in bump is intentionally designed into most cars for contact patch optimisation in cornering and with camber change comes kpi change, the 2 are inextricibly linked as they are measured against vertical.
