I was trying to find the video of my brakes which were smoking after the 20 minutes on track at Cadwell Park earlier this year but it's been lost in the Photobucket scam.

My point is, you can use the full potential of the brakes without use of a servo. It's up to you Keith but seems a lot of work for little gain.

Do you know the make of pads/shoes currently fitted? I have fitted Mintex ones into all my cars and they instantly improve the brakes.
If tha does owt fo nowt, olas do it fo this 'en.

I have a brand new set of 1144's waiting to go in. like you say the brakes are more than capable of stopping a mini. I'll finish it off run it a see from there.
