ones i got the coilover mounted, i wanted to brace up the top mount, because it seemed alot of load was gonna be put onto the mini wheel wells
so i saved up for this

i made this to support the rear coil over upper mounts


doing up the rear brake lines, the stock mini line didn't fit, was a inch or so short,

moved the park brake handle back about a floor or so, and the gearbox shifter is gonna go in the old park brake handle spot

had to do some welding on the front crossmember on my daily driver micra to pass mot

re-made the crossmember corner out of 3/16 plate

im building my mini to be able to give my older brother a hard time with, lol
he's doing 100mph in the 1/8 right now, should be a ton faster now since i helped him re-do his rear suspension and its hooking alot harder now, breaking Ujoints now

shaving the rear bumper mount


testing out colors to see witch shade im gonna go with
the color i picked is a hair darker,
od green semi gloss


the rear shaved up, the pins are gonna come out of the boot, im gonna use the rubber band style mounts

moching up the engine to the firewall to see where i can bring the honda harness thur the body


the mini pedal box i started to build
ordered up some wilwood masters and they are in the post right now
they are gonna face the inside and i'll have the oil tanks mounted on the firewall

the wiper motor is also on the inside of the shell,
the firewall should be pretty smooth, for the most part

got some cdt audio hd642's with upgraded crossovers,

im not sure if im gonna put a stereo in this car or not, but if i do,
i have some mb quart amps and another box of dynamat extreme ready to go

this is my next project when i get back to the states
5.3l v8/auto in a 2500-2800lbs pickup, shooting for 400bhp all motor, and 650bhp if i go down the turbo road
and its getting stick in a gen 1 chevy S10 frame

did some more grinding today and now the box clears the rack,
test fitted the engine and i have a good 3mm or so between the box and rack,
i pulled the subframe ones again to paint the area on the rack that i grinded down

engine should be going in for the last time tonight

ordered the rest of my fuel system tonight, gonna stick with the mini size fuel tank for now

-6an fittings and steel braided line
and -6 o-ring fittings for the aeromotive fuel pressure regulator

still need to order a master cylinder for the brakes, but havn't figured out witch one to go with yet

Wow thats close, engine must be sitting right up against the bulkhead

If it still clips it then get some good poly mounts on

Alvis had some poly honda mounts on it, with that in mind, i think i'll be good

now i just need to figure out the 02 sensor

edit: Alvis told me the o2 sensor is turned off in the tune,
so im gonna plug the bung for now and save up for a wideband down the road

ps, got most of my fuel system parts in the post today,
the rest of my fittings have been ordered but i havn't gone out yet
