Finally all the parts came back from powder coating so I can start reassembling the front end.

Before refitting all the front end components I stone chipped the leading edge of the toe board and floor to try and reduce chips in this area, This was sprayed black once dry.

Next was to start refitting the Engine/Subframe and all ancillaries, I started by fitting the subframe and finishing off the front brake lines.

Looking good Kieth! But isn’t that brake line right in the way of the heater hose bulkhead connectors you’ve got??

I won’t go into the detail of refitting the engine but its back in and sitting in the correct position. Before I striped the front for powder coating I measured for a clutch line and got it made by Furore Products. I’m using a standard Honda slave and master but I mounted the master so that the ports faced the bulkhead to give as much clearance as possible to the TB and air filter. The clutch line was delivered and fitted as expected, see the exact details below for anybody that might find them useful. I then bled the clutch and tested the operation, I might have to limit the pedal travel slightly so not to over throw the bearing.
