Are your arches metal?
Just wondering why youíve stone chipped the inside if they arenít metal.

No they are fibreglass, stone impact on the rear of the arches cause spider cracks in the paint on the surface.

With the arches stone chipped they were ready for paint, the roof was being done the same colour so it was prepped for paint as well.

Next was the big decision the body colour. It was extremely difficult picking a colour, I had always wanted grey since day one but the shade was the big question.

I got at least 15 different samples to spray test cards and some old body parts to try and decide but none were what I would consider special enough.

After much debate and research I decided on a custom carbon bronze, this colour on an overcast day is metallic grey but in the sun is a bronze pearl.

After the never ending process of prep work we could crack on with final paint on the body.
