The black wrinkle dash looks great Marcus, I used it on our Midget dash and as you say heat is the answer.

BTW the view from your garden is amazing, are those rocky cliffs on the coastline?

here is some pics, i live to the right in the first pic (you can see the garage if you look closely) and the cliffs you see richard is to the left, (mainland)

the island i live on is separated by a 100m or so channel, outside the island there is a big archipelago with bare granit islands - nice to go out with the boat sunbathing, fishing, surfing etc

as i remember it i bought a typical grey color, this is more greenish grey…
maybe not the color i had choosen from a chart, but hey i think it looks nice and
fruity with the black accents

had some problems with "craters" in the color and some dust too(due to massive 2 days of sanding…) must have been some silicone traces in some spots, used plenty of thinner will flat it down and hope for the best when i do the second coat, the paint looks spray painted and are very easy too use, smells menthol as a bonus

Looks great but doesn't the paint add too much weight?

Only 2kg? No filler then? =)

Nothing special from Finland. I've done some minor improvements to the brakes (new 6mm washers) and put the brake pipes inside a metal tube to protect them from ground hits. So nothing interesting to report oh one thing, I'm going to get a honda short shifter and install that and see how it works.

Good to hear purtsi, why not brake lines in car?
I will run fuel line inside the car to, nothing on the underside
- roads in my area are very bad, real shell scrapers

because I'm too lazy (cheap) to buy new lines/hoses and run those in the car maybe in the distant future...

Colour looks really good Marcus, one of many that keep going round in my head

I don't envy your garage / workshop or your location at all

Cheers

double coat paint system, roller expands during use and after maybe 15
minutes itīsītime for a new one, pretty amasing to see the paint "stretch"
i painted the hole car inside out with one tin (about 2 hour job or so), had
some dust flying around in the garage after 2 days of sanding…so need to flatten down the paint very slightly before next coat
