Struggling to decide on what colour to paint the mini so I bought one of these, going to trim it then try out different colours on it to see if it'll help make my mind up

Gave it a bit of a trim so it loosely resembles my car and sprayed the roof black, going to order a few different rattle cans and see how it looks

Thanks, figured it would be cheaper to experiment on this than the mini

You just need a suitable chassis and you can have a RC Mini-me when you're done

Red, white, blue or grey, all solid colours, not keen on metallic on a mini

Grey with a black roof seems to the colours everyone has at the moment, please don't.
Noticed there's no Russet Brown in your shirt list?!

Stuck a bit of white on and coloured the grille in black. I'll get some reds and blues to try next, quite like the white already though

Also ordered some of these to see what the overall look will be like

Orange always looks good on a clubby, or aqua blue

If it's a standard Mini colour then it looks like BLVC478, I sprayed the inside of an old project in that colour and it looks very similar.
If you google the paint colour there's some images of my old project that come up with the roll cage painted
