Default minion mini

[/IMG]hey guys and gals
thought I would upload the few pics I have of my mini build to date

it started when I put mini in garage due to touching up panels that I wasn't happy with

turned out all archs needed done , boot , bonnet / well flip front and roof .so like 80 percent of the mini so full spray , of which I wasn't happy with so while the paint hardened I thought I work on the power and tweak the webers and fit electronic ignition , but got bored and missed my stupidly tuned a series 1380

so having owned a rover before I decided this was the next logical step in my mini ownership ( 4th )and would provide me with plenty yee haa fun without fixing / upgrading sumit every second day

hope these are in the right order

Yeah you will need to move the engine down a couple of inches along with the gearbox side arm as I don't think that mount will stand up to much. Try using the standard gearbox mount from a zr or 25

Yeah am thinking that

Regarding the gearbox mount it was just something I fired together to get engine in,have strengthened it but will replace as once I have finished design for subframe and mounts I will remake as that was just an old subframe I had laying about ,,the good one is still in one piece

Have made a couple of changes to subframe no 2 already so the plan will be to use this as a sort of jig before I cut up my good frame

What do the zr and 25 mounts look like as my local scrappy didn't have any
