Default Auto crossing??

Anyone like to do this with their VTEC Mini?

I did it last weekend and had a blast. Did get a very good time though. 43.191 was my best.

It is fun.

All you need is an empty parking lot and some cones. Organize your own.

There is autotesting up here in Scotland, try Autotest drivers club Scotland, 63 Car Club, South of Scotland Car Club or East of Scotland Association of Car Clubs, you'll find something going on somewhere

Either he skillfully hit every other cone, or those are "pointers".

Those where ponter cones. And that track was so wide I never even came close to hitting anything. It was layed out for all kinds of cars. cobras, vipers, and even a BMW x5

It was a lot of fun though. Can't wait till it cools down here so I can do it again.

Now that you mention it, that looks more like a 4 lane Interstate Highway than an autocross course.

At least to a Mini it was.

The coolest thing to see at this auto cross was the shifter cart. man that thing was fast.

It's all good fun! The auto tests here are very tight and even honda power, would not be any advantage, more likely to brake something or even worse get whipped by a mildly tuned A series
