Hi Jerry,

Is this just going to be 180Bhp!?
Did I say "Just!"?
Looking good, so Andy and Matt is helping you now.....
No wonder this car will be ready for Combes.
Do you want to take my Mini away and build it for me?
I just need wiring done to it...... I have been saying this for a while now:P.

Cheers
Atchi

Thanks for the comments, this is very much a team build, Matt will do all the structural welding. Andy took an old GTI engine to work & honed the bores, skimmed the head, fitted new bearings, valve stem oil seals etc. The engine is basically as new now, Andy will also be sorting the ECU chip. James & Vic are doing all the suspension / brake upgrades. Atchi made the manifold, Roger will be making the Phantom grip LSD's for it (when Atchi sends the DXF files to me), Roger will also be shortening the Prop & making the Intercooler piping. We have a good team of people & having the workshop facilities makes everything so much easier

Probably something to do with the quality of the workman ship and the fact that its not simply cut and shut, cos they have added the box section in the sills, and welding on a full roll cage to put the strength back in. although they probably 'should' have an iva, unless your actually using the justy's registration number and keeping registered it as a justy they are probably enough 'points' to not need one.
