I'll help with the marshalling or general help where needed.

Both my son's seem keen to come. Is it ok to share driving in one car or do we need to pay separately?

We need a minimum number of 20 cars which we have (but places not secured until payment is received) and there is a maximum of 25.

This is a non-competitive event and will not be officially timed, this keeps the cost down and keeps things simple plus there are less safety requirements.

Helmets are required for all drivers and passengers (passengers are free) roll cages etc are recommended but not mandatory.

There will be no ambulance or fire services (so be careful when cooking garvan!) on site so it is at your own risk, also damage to your own or other vehicles is at your own risk.

The format is purely up to us so we can run one car at a time or staggered starts. We can also choose between the 2 mile run or the loop & return 4 mile run.

Any volunteers to help marshal would be greatly appreciated.

Camping is available from friday to monday and is free, there are basic facilities on site.

I will PM everyone who has asked for a place with payment details over the next week or so, price is £50 for the whole weekend.

If anyone has any questions please ask on this thread and I will try and answer. also if anyone has any ideas or suggestions to help with the event please let us know

It is
