My sights are on this event, and so far so good,if my car doesn't blow up before, then I will be there!
Hopefully I can pay and sing in on the day?

Right folks
Just back from France after a week of wild camping and desperado's with Irene and Billy Fletcher (who started Barkston) and his lady.
Great fun with a cracking bloke.
He made Barkston and it would be such a shame if it ends due to lack of interest within the RAF community.
Lets all make the effort to attend and have fun to show them how to do an event.

Good to see you there then Jimbob, at least you didn't use a feeble excuse like a birthday or death etc.

I'm bringing my small BBQ for my food on Saturday night. Anyone is more than welcome to use it but don't expect to fit a T bone steak and 10 sausages on it.

Nice one Geoff, at least you can have a go at the following..

Stig Challenge,
Saturday 12th, 1600 hrs.
Metro GTI V6 197hp .......................OK the pool car.

All run from infield, spectators as well.

2 Laps per person, 1 sighting lap then 1 timed, times given straight away and names put up on magnetic board. (like top gear)
Winner gets a prize and the honour of being top haunch, loser gets ribbed mercilessly.
5 per go

Should be fun

Please ring or text me before you leave, our glorious leader is in France and I have not been given any details re entry. It should be routine but better safe than sorry.

The Stig challenge sounds like a good laugh. Once again Sumo and Bill are trying to make things interesting for us. Lets show our full support

Can we get some kind of an indication as to who is going to do it. The more people that give it a go the more interesting the leader board will be.

I shouldn't really put another list up as the thread will get confusing so melons it here's the list.

Stig Challenge 2014
