The MG F uses a hydraulic.

MG ZR a cable.

Never heard anyone using the MG ZS sealed system on a conversion.

It's one bolt holding the arm to the box but obviously you need the correct one!
I'll go with hydraulic operation, the gearbox has a slave cylinder attached.

Not much flywheel info about on the net, no one mentions different types other than the 1.4 has different sensor trigger holes
