yes, the driveshafts are of course the vital point.
I have bought a complete frame with mounts.
The mounts have as you know "long-holes" as we say in sweden, to be able to adjust the engine position. Im a bit worried as my right mount is in the very end of the adjustment, and is has to be, otherwize the trigger wheel interferes with the rubber mount. The left side is on the opposite end of the adjustment, and it also has to be like that, otherwize the clearance to the gearbox is too small (it is now about 5 mm, to the lug on the gearbox.)
That string method was a good idea, will measure to a set ref point on the subframe and see how much of it is.
