I realise it's not just me. It was a silly mistake that I have paid a big price for. I realise it could of been a whole lot worse, so just have to put it down to lack of experience and learn from it....

The flywheel, clutch plate and spring are all needed to be swapped. The clutch release bearing too. They are different sizes. You can try the plate on the IB5 box input shaft. It doesn't fit the PG1.

The rest of the bolts are in a normal socket set.

I don't use a clutch alignment tool. I fit the clutch plate and just finger tightened...

Could you be more specific with size? A dimension from the top of the front arch to outer edge of tyre is usually preferred.

I am using group 5 arches which give a old skool look but are 75mm wide.

The IB5 clutch is smaller diameter. The spines on it are different from the PG1 so you actually cannot use the wrong one even if you tried.

The shell has gone to scrap. I removed the discs and calipers but although they are vented type, not heard of anyone using these in a Mini conversion. They are bigger than the MG F ones.
