Just a note on that - Burton, at the moment, can only do the rectangular Honda ECUs, not the square JDM ones. They did tell me that they're working on it though.

Not had any problems with conventional grounding....

Not had any problems with conventional grounding. Used both Honda 'multi-wire ground blocks' around the engine bay, bolted to the frame. Gearbox and camcover straps too.
Battery grounded to the boot...

The simple rule to aim for is - keep the wheel offset as close as possible to the standard road car that the subframe came from. Once you can acheive that, you can then juggle with tyre widths and...

Yes, new belt in 2009, then new belt last September - car has done about 15k in that time.
I'm just of the opinion that products like cambelts, tyres, rubber bushes etc. degrade over time

Tyres have a similar 'recommended age limit', regardless of tread...
