I'll just have to see how well they last, if they get too scratched up and won't polish out then i can always go back to glass, just the door ones will be tricky as they'll have to be custom made.

the pedal can be modified by cutting and extending the distance between the pivot and the hole but it can be a bit hit and miss unless you can find out the distance of a disc brake pedal.
