I always remove the bolt and cover it with copper grease and haven't had a problem. I've heard ACF50 is supposed to be good for corrosion resistance - the lotus boys seem to love it

I think the problem you will have with the tf frame is the towers that the coil overs fit into are taller and will foul the bulkhead. Also I would advise against using the rear top arm arrangement...

I mounted the fuel filter on the rear subframe like the mpi minis. You can carefully cut the crimped end on the rubber hose to remove it from the metal pipe, this leaves a nice beaded end to fit new...

the mems 3 will happily run with the lambda unplugged so thats an easy test. From what you describe I would try a different tps, you say your old engine did this as well - have you used any sensors...
