You won't need an additional bleed on the 8mm...

You won't need an additional bleed on the 8mm pipe that comes from the inlet manifold and T's into the outlet from the top of the rad then to the header tank, it will be fine as it is.

So Andys theory of using a larger pulley to make the alternator spin slower has some benifit behind it? Slower spinning alternator = less emf = less resistance trying to slow the engine down. :-)

This is the standard size mini one from ebay I've fitted to mine, had to cut the outlet pipe off the bottom and have a slightly bigger one welded on at a better angle. Fits perfect and cools the car...
