Never heard any issues with bulkhead modifications provided it's fully sealed to the cabin.

It's never going to be as good as a 2 pack paint as that's tough stuff. You also have seen that it goes out in all weathers and get some stick when it's out too. I have not seen one stone chip...

Shaun. It's too late now but it would of been much easier to mount the radiator straight across the front and mount the fan behind it. You just reverse the wiring so it sucks rather than blows. :)

You are probably going to end up with the rear brakes being overkill. Add an adjustable brake bias in the pipe to rear as it will want to spin you around with brakes on rear being so powerful.

As you are all aware, Phoenix was built to use. It's never gonna be in concourse. Cheap fixes keep this on the road where others struggle.
