Them's big master cylinders. I'd go for .625" front and .75 rear. I think that's what I have in mine. I did have the .625" front and .75" rear and found the pedal too hard and they wouldn't lock up....

I've found a 1" bore master on CBS so I'll get that. It'll make the pedal stiffer but it's what I need to give me more stroke at the slave. The bloody play and flex in the OBP pedalbox is pathetic...

There's enough clearance to be obtained from shuffling the engine on its mounts. Mine only has about 3-4mm clearance, but it doesn't knock nor rub.
