Pedal shouldn't make any difference to how it feels if it's spongy it's air, I use the same MC but have it mounted horizontal, then the pedal lug cut off & rewelded on the top. Have 8.4 pistons...

That used to be a great place, but we went back 2-3 years ago it was like chav city meets the Clampits (for those who remember them) I wouldn't recommend it there are a lot better places in Wales.
