Why has no one answered me?

If no one has answered you on the forums, or posted a link to here, its pretty much going to be one of 3 reasons:
1. No one knows the answer, or
2. Everyone knows the answer / options !! In other words, its been asked, and answered, MANY MANY times !!!

Most common questions that are bound to get either no reply, a sarcastic reply, or a link to this sticky are:

What engines fit in a non-extended round front?
How much does it cost?
Which engine is best?
Which conversion is easiest?
Who makes subframes for which engine?
etc etc

People on this forum are helpfull and knowledgable, BUT, they wont want to write the same things over and over - if you're going to build a hybrid mini, this site is VERY usefull, but try to use the search first, and read the "sticky" posts at the top of each relevant forum - these have info about the various subframe options.

Vauxhall Sticky - http://www.16vminiclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=103
Suzuki Sticky - http://www.16vminiclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6543
Each of the above stickies has links / contact details to any relevant subframe manufacturers we know of - and dont forget, there's also the www.16vminishop.co.uk - which sells most of the kits and common parts needed !
People choose different engines for different reasons - only YOU can decide which engine is best for YOUR car, based on performance, costs, availability, ease of installation / fabrication required etc etc - for these you'll have to do a bit of reading, and then feel free to ask more specific questions.
If there's no "sticky" in the relevant section that you're interested in, then the chances are that there's no commercially available subframes for that engine - yet !
Hopefully, this post will help point you in the right direction and not cause any offence if your reply was a link to here :)
